RETURN POLICY

Product Condition:

       Once products are opened or used, they cannot be returned as they cannot be reused or resold.

Damaged Products:

       If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, please contact customer care within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Extreme Damage During Transit:

       In cases of severe damage during transit (e.g., leakage, breakage, or missing items), we will verify the issue and proceed with a refund or exchange as per our policy.

       We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you face any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will do our best to resolve it!


REFUND POLICY

Product Damage Post-Delivery:

       NAUQA is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Claims for Missing Items/Leakage/Breakage/Damage:

       In case of missing items, leakage, breakage, or damage, please send an unboxing video along with a photo of the original packaging to process your claim.

Filing a Refund Claim:

       To file a claim, contact our customer care at +91 9911447003 or email contact.nauqa@gmail.com.

       Please attach the necessary images and videos, and mention the subject line as "Refund For [Order Number]".

Tampered or Damaged Package:

       If your package is tampered, damaged, or defective, do not accept it from the delivery partner. Notify us immediately to initiate the claim process.

Order Not Received After Marked Delivered:

       If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 2 days. After this period, no refund will be issued.

Refund Exclusions:

       Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid to the delivery partner.

Claim Time Limit:

       Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.

Refund Timeline:

       If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15-25 days. You will be provided with the transaction ID and relevant details once the refund is initiated.
